Agreement

These terms govern your use of the website at funfestmillbasin.com, operated by Funfest Mill Basin Bowl, 6161 Strickland Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11234 ("Funfest", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is for

The site is informational. It describes our lanes, party packages, leagues, arcade, dining and sports bar so that you can decide whether to visit or call. It is not a booking system, a store or a contract.

Prices, hours and availability

We keep the information here as accurate as we can, and we update it when things change. Even so, everything on this site — lane rates, party package contents and prices, menus, opening hours, league nights, start dates and promotions — is subject to change without notice, and items are subject to availability.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a guarantee that a price or a time slot is available. Prices and details are confirmed when you book with us directly. Special events, holidays and private hires can change our hours; call ahead if your plans depend on it.

If something here is out of date, we would genuinely like to know. Call and tell us.

Reservations, parties and events

Lanes, parties and events are arranged by telephone on (718) 763-6800 or in person. There is no online booking and no online payment on this site. A request is not a reservation: your booking exists once a member of our staff has confirmed it with you, including the date, time, number of guests, package and any deposit.

Party packages have a minimum number of children, stated on the packages page. Deposit, payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms are explained when you book and are the terms that apply — not anything inferred from this site.

Gift cards

Gift cards are sold at the bowling center, not on this website. The terms printed on the card and given to you at purchase govern its use, together with New York law on gift certificates. Descriptions of gift cards on this site are for information only.

House rules and conduct at the center

Visiting Funfest means following the posted rules and the directions of our staff — including footwear, lane safety, the age policy for the sports bar, and our right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave for unsafe or disruptive behaviour. Bowling is a physical activity; please look after yourself and your children on and around the lanes.

Using the site

You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own non-commercial use. Please do not:

• copy, republish or resell the site's content or design;
• scrape or harvest the site by automated means beyond ordinary, well-behaved search engine crawling;
• attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security, or to gain access to any part of it that is not public;
• use the site or our name in any way that is unlawful, or that misrepresents a connection with Funfest.

Content and ownership

The Funfest Mill Basin Bowl name, logo, photographs and page content are owned by Funfest or used with permission. The site's design and code were produced by NextPhase Labs LLC. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you. Other company and product names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.

Links to other sites

Where we link out — to Facebook, to Google Maps — we do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every inaccuracy, and to the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow those exclusions, in which case they do not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funfest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from relying on information on it that has since changed. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. This section is about the website; it does not affect your rights as a guest at the bowling center.

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this site, and we have a separate accessibility statement describing what we have done, what we know still needs work, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how the site handles information. In short: it collects nothing from you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and you and we agree to that venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
